PDF Form Resume with Photo ID

This is our tenth CV template made into a PDF form.

For this new one, we included a button to add a photo ID. But know that your picture MUST be in PDF format to be inserted. But, don’t worry, it’s super easy to convert your photo to the PDF format. We’ll explain it all in this post.

How to use this form

Now that you opened the file with Acrobat Reader, you can go ahead and fill every boxes with your own informations.

Maybe you’ll have a problem with the Photo ID. Simply follow these steps.

How to add your photo ID to the form

The picture you’ll use in this form must be in PDF format to be compatible.

But that’s very easy to convert.

  1. Choose the picture file you want to add.
  2. Right-click on your picture file and click on “Convert to Adobe PDF.

Then, your picture will be open in a new Acrobat Reader window. You’ll then be able to save your picture in PDF format.

3. Add your photo ID to the form. Simple click on the Grey Button, then click on Browse, you’ll have to make sure here that you choose “Arcobat File (*.pdf)” when browsing so you can choose your file.

Voilà! Now, you have an awesome looking resume.

You can now choose to print your work. If you want a nice looking PDF file, simply choose to Print into a New PDF file, this will remove all the form boxes and leave you with a clean looking PDF file, just as if it was made by a Pro!
